NON ESEGUO RESTAURI DI PELLICOLE, per questo lavoro occorre un laboratorio specializzato e autorizzato all'uso di sostanze chimiche che altrimenti usate possono danneggiare le pellicole e essere nocivi alla salute.

 

Io mi limito aile seguenti operazioni:

 

Prima operazione MOVIOLA: ogni pellicola viene da me controllata alla moviola per verificarne l'integrità, che non presenti spezzoni, segni di invecchiamento quali muffe o corrosioni. All'occorrenza eseguo le giunture necessarie; 

 

Seconda operazione SCANSIONE: inserimento pellicola nell'apparecchio di scansione dall'analogico al digitale, non scansiono l'audio (anche se la pellicola è sonora, vedi Pellicole:Bobine-cassette e un poco di storia...);

 

Terza operazione COMPUTER: al PC con l'ausilio di vari editori video assemblo i filmati, inserisco eventuali note di riferimento che mi comunicherete, date, nomi, località, ecc., nonché sottofondi musicali;

 

Quarta operazione MENU: Creo il Menu con i vari titoli e masterizzo il DVD;

 

Quinta operazione STAMPA: Estraggo una serie di immagini da stampare sul DVD assieme al titolo e sulla copertina dell'album.

 

Per fare solo un esempio queste 5 operazioni fatte su 10 pellicole piccole da ca. 3-4 minuti, quindi per un totale di 30-40 minuti di video, comportano una operatività di ben 7-8 ore. Certo si può fare anche in metà tempo.. MA IL RISULTATO NON È LO STESSO CHE IO MI PREFIGGO!

I limit myself to the following operations:

 

First operation  MOVIOLA: Moviola, each film is controlled by me to the moviola to verify its integrity, that there are no fragments, signs of aging such as mold or corrosion. When necessary, perform the necessary joints;

 

Second operation FILM-SCANNER: inserting film in the scanning device from analogue to digital, does not scan the audio (even if the film is sound);

 

Third operation COMPUTER: to the PC with the help of various video editors I assemble the videos, insert any reference notes that you will communicate to me, dates, names, locations, etc. background music;

 

Fourth operation EDIT MENU: I create the Menu with the various titles and burn the DVD;

 

Fifth operation PRINT: I extract a series of images to print on the DVD together with the title and album cover.

 

To give just one example, these 5 operations done on 10 small films of approx. 3-4 minutes, so for a total of 30-40 minutes of video involve an operation of 7-8 hours. Of course it can be done in half the time .. BUT THE RESULT IS NOT THE SAME I WANT!
